The website “https://www.rlautomatic.com” (hereinafter “the Site”) is owned by Rl Automatic Industrial System S.r.l (hereinafter “the Company” or “Rl Automatic Industrial System S.r.l”, whose company details are at the bottom), as the Data Controller. The security measures applicable to this Site have been defined and developed to ensure that the information provided by users (hereinafter “user”, “users” or “you”) is processed in compliance with the principles of legality, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality, in accordance with current national and European regulations. This statement (or “privacy policy”) is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter “Privacy Code”) and art. 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”) and illustrates how personal information provided by you is used, shared, accessed, modified, or deleted. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

USER RIGHTS

We inform you that art. 7 of the Privacy Code and arts. 15 and following of the GDPR grant users the exercise of specific rights against the Data Controller. In particular, they may:

1. obtain confirmation of the existence and access to Personal Data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and request to know their origin, as well as the purposes, storage times, processing methods, and the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with automated tools;
